First Time TATA Power Raised $320-Million 
Sustainability-linked loans From Foreign Leading Lenders,
Which Led By Famous Bank Named As Bank Of America

Through two international subsidiaries, Tata Energy is expanding its debt. 
One is a membership mortgage in which Bank of America and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Company jointly lend money (SMBC).

Sustainability-linked loans typically allow borrowers to obtain funds up to 25 basis points, or 0.25 percentage points, less expensively than conventional loans.
